4 billion emails?

Logged in this morning, collected my hireling emails and saw this.

Max unsigned 4B integer value is 4,294,967,295 .
So you actually have -2 or -3 letters totally

Right... I purchased something and it went away.

Guess this is related to some mods like "No, Thank You" or "Postmaster" that can also delete the emails after getting the items. I got the same issue when trying to delete some "Player Emails".
