Quick Question about mods

is there a mod i can use that will modify the consumables are used, when in combat i found I cant switch around fast enough or i have to look at my keyboard to switch potions and stuff like that. its really not very good. Any suggestions.

There are no mods in this game but for PC users there are addons. These programs run on top of the game and add some nice quality of life features.

The ones I use are:
Dolgubon's Lazy Writ Crafter
AUI -Advanced UI (provides a minimap and other features such as additional keybinds for you quickslots)
Dressing Room for Stonethorn (allows me to switch gear and skill loadouts, but hasn't been updated for Scribing)

I use "Greymind Quick Slot Bar" to do what I think it is you want. It lets you assign a key to your quick slots (I use F1 to F8) which allows you to quickly change what you want the Q button do.
