Hello
The question: would any sets, cp, or scribing improve this build and maintain easy play?
Using my own build, not sure if there are ways to optimise. Currently hit for 75-80k on trial dummy and I can't parse reliably for toffee. My hands are a mess.
My goal, to maintain an easy build that can solo play. I sometimes head to Friday night Cyro raids, otherwise it's mostly daily quests, story quests, and boss hunting. I want speed as I spend a lot of time running both in Cyro and to and from daily quest givers, bosses, and delves. Tri enchanted gear as I like the health and extra Stam on my magicka build. Again, struggle playing physically. I want my 30k health.
I like skills with 20 second up times so I don't have to recast often. I can heavy attack and cast once between each attack. Either blastbones or maintaining a skills up time.
One bar.
Gear
Lightning staff
Oakensoul ring
5 pieces Deadly
5 pieces Sergeants
1 piece Slimeclaw
6 medium, 1 heavy chest, all divines, and tri enchanted, thief mundus.
Skills
Elemental susceptibility
Blighted blastbones
Skeletal arcanist
Detonating siphon
Spirit guardian
Meteor
Cp
Wrathfull strikes
Thaumaturge
Reaving blows
Weapon expert
So, yes, would I notice any benefit changing gear, cp, or adding in a scribe skill? Would changing out either set for Tharriker's Strike or any other set add a noticeable amount of damage? Would a change of CP help? Or would any change make just negligible differences?

You put in double the effort for half the reward and then just get frustrated that you spent so much time trying to figure out how to make your build somewhat decent only to see other classes jump ahead. (In some situations quite literally!)
It's useless class and should only be played for RP purposes.

Oh good god, shut up, and stop being so miserable about necros. It's not a dead class, it's just a little bit behind all the others. At the very top end it's maybe less than 5% behind in DPS numbers,
