What more needs be said? You pick up the quest and Mirri is STILL not there ... relog .... abandon Quest ... relog ... take quest ...relog ... restart client ... abandon Quest ... relog ... take quest ...... restart ... restart ... relog ... take quest ... on and on.

Groups of people all standing next to me saying "Can you see Mirri?" ... "Where's Mirri?" ...

This is why I no longer do ESO Plus ... [snip] 3 YEARS!!!!

    I actually managed to find a way to fix this myself. Instead of grabbing the quest from the note on the floor to the side of the footpath, I simply walked up to the spot where Mirri should have appeared, without the quest and there she was with the quest marker above her head ...
