Possibility to play musical instruments using a MIDI keyboard

I was wondering if anyone had the desire during a role-playing game, or while waiting for a player in a dungeon to play the instruments themselves, without using ready-made animation with pre-recorded melodies, and could zenimax introduce such mechanics?

This is pretty niche. I don’t think there would be any appetite for zos to do this .

@GrimStyx I would love that kind of musical system too. However, if you haven't already check out LOTRO. IMO best in game musical system in any MMO. You can use MIDI files or your keyboard to play the tunes. A lot of in game RP concerts & festivals held on the RP server.
