ESO+ free trial - disable notification?

If you're doing the free trial of ESO+ you get a notification every single time you log in for the duration of the trial, letting you know it's active. Then a final one when it ends to let you know that it's ended.
Is there any way to turn that off? The first time it's marginally useful if you're worried there might be a bug that stops it activating when you push the button, but every time after that it's just pointless spam. I think most the trials have been a few days at most, so I could put up with it but I just realised I've got almost 2 weeks of this to get through and it prompted me to look for any alternative.
If I didn't already know it's specific to the free version it would put me off subscribing because it's bearable for a day or two but the idea of logging in every single day to a notification going "Hey, hey! You're paying for this!" is really discouraging.
