Is there an add on to make npc's give me space?

The NPCs are invading my avatars personal space! The NPC following me around while doing story and West Weald quests.
I try to open a book case. Beragon is in the way. I do not want to talk to them. I want to open the book case. Same with urns and trunks, etc.
Heaven sake give us some room. It takes play tme and it's just annoying.
