It has been 15 days now since i submitted ticket 240522-003963. All i wanted was to gift a any race any alliance to my friend who was starting ESO. Is the ticket stuck? Should i update it? Is it ever going to get reply? Why was crown gifting even blocked on my account in the first place?

    I got first, I believe automated, reply in like 3 days after submitting the ticket and replied back the next day. It took them 15 or 16 days to reply back. So yeah, it might take a while.

    It took 3+ weeks for my automated denial to come back.
    The problem with society these days is that no one drinks from the skulls of their enemies anymore.

    This is insane. I cant gift a simple package to friend while i see people with names like reghnewprhwep selling crowns to people with no issues.
