GForce-now and eso problem

I can't run eso in gforcenow. When I launch the eso launcher in gforcenow, patching starts and after some time the exchange just kicks out of gforce. I don't have time to install the patch because I get kicked before it does. Yes, the client asks if I am here, but it seems that this is not enough. And it looks like I'm just getting kicked for being in the launcher for a long time and not launching the game itself. What to do? Should I get a gforce subscription? Will help?
