Maintenance for the week of November 4:
• [COMPLETE] ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – November 6, 9:00AM EST (14:00 UTC) - 6:00PM EST (23:00 UTC)

There needs to be a guide that gives locations for all Chapter quest givers.

I'm one of those who seeks out a natural way of starting the Questline of an Adventure Zone/Chapter, and it's my last resort to just poet there directly myself, or get it from my Collections Menu. So far if I, say, Google "How to start Dragonhold Quest", all I get are how to do the Prologue, or to just start it from my Collections.

Sai Sahan told me he'd send for me once he got to Pellitine. Well, how does he do that? The game doesn't tell you, the Internet doesn't tell you. Must I search thru every player Hub until I find a quest marker?

    Already in the game.

    If you hit M and click the Open Zone guide on the left

    There's a little button at the bottom to start or continue the zone story and will mark where to go on the map.

    It even shows you where to go on the map with a big blue pulsing ping(no pulse cause it's a screenshot)

    I don't want an in-game Menu to start the Quest for me, I want a physical NPC to walk up to, to start the Questline, for it to be as natural a transition as possible. Usually ZOS places one in either the Alliance Capitals or at one of the starter zone player hubs like Davon's Watch but it seems lately they stopped doing that, even though they DID place a Quest Giver in the Alliance Capital for the Gold Road Prologue.

    The in game map menu won’t start the quest for you. It shows you where you have to go to talk the NPC that will give you the quest.

    I'm not sure I understand. The quest giver for the main storyline (not prologue) for a chapter is located in the zone related to the chapter, right? So, you do need to travel there somehow: either port directly or use a more natural way like a cart/boat/whatever. Once in the zone, it's usually extremely hard to miss the main quest giver.

    As for the prologue quest givers, there were changes in update 40. From the patch notes;
    "Prologue Quest Bestower Redistribution
    As part of our ongoing efforts to declutter the early game areas for the benefit of new players, prologue bestowers that are present in-world have been shuffled about.
    As a rule, most prologues (with a few exceptions, due to either their relative isolation or knock-on effects from moving them) will be present in only one location, as thematically and situationally appropriate."

    There might have been some other changes to quest givers in one of the recent updates.

    A good way to start a zone is to find where you can walk there from another zone (or via boat, for islands) and start from there. Should be a quest giver by the boarder/docks.
