Ability Bar Causes Issue

I'm not entirely sure just what is going on here, but since I didn't read on any changes to the ability bar I am hesitant in posting this.
This screenshot was taken during the last leg of the main story for Gold Road. Here I am told to use The Abolisher. Throughout this quest the directions were obscured by my buffs.
As the ability bars were stacked it pushed everything else upward.... right over the top of the directions.
Is this a bug or something on my end?

Interesting. This just appeared after release. It was never stacked like this before. I will go in and check my settings.

Ulvich✭✭✭✭✭Ok, I got it fixed. It seems "someone" in my family decided to load an add-on for their account ( we use the same computer ) and didn't say anything.
As I mentioned the stacked bars didn't appear until the release of Gold Road, so I just thought it was something new.
I just unchecked it from the add-on list on my side and it went back to default.
