Class Script Scraps... Do they only drop for the character that completed "The Wing of the Dragon".

Class Script Scraps... Do they only drop for the character that completed "The Wing of the Dragon". Or is it account unlocked like the rest of the script drops ? Or it unlocks for any character that completes "The Wing of the Dragon" ?
Also, what is considered completing Infinite Archive for Class Script Scraps.

completing all of the wings give you "account upgrades", so your other characters could never touch scribing and still get the drops

usually "completing" the archive its talking about its daily repeatable quest from master malkhest

Quick tips, a vet arena drops 3, and daily vet dungeon drops 2. And the daily vet dungeon is per charachter per day unlike the other sources that are account wide.

i'm 2 for 5 on that one, it's not consistent.

master writs = 1 per day

additionally, the only way i've found in pvp (cyro) to get them is scroll captures, awarded on the first capture per day. nothing else in cyrodil seems to award class script scraps.

from what ive seen you get 25 script scraps from getting emp, but i know thats an unrealistic goal for the general populace lol

for me personally the ways that got me the most scraps was master writs, trials, and arenas

• master writ is 1 per day
• arena completion is 1 per day (normal) and 3 per day (if you do it on vet)
• trials give 1 per day from final boss (normal), 2 per day from final boss (if on vet)
• trials weekly quest coffers seems to consistently give 2 scraps each (no cooldown on the drops from the boxes, the boxes themselves are once a week per toon)
