DC'd due to message limit

I play NA and occasionally get DC'd due to exceeding the 'message limit'??? Today I typed in 3 sentences and before I could finish the 3rd message I was dropped to the login screen.
Is there a way I can avoid this besides not communicating? I read where an admin suggested that certain add ons can cause this.. How about telling us which add ons do this so we can delete them? Are there any other reasons? I've been playing this game for ten years and over the past year or so is the only time I've experienced this.

✭Usually it's combat add-ons that do this. I remember when another successful MMO first came out a friend of mine who worked in their support department smuggled out some logs to show me how one of the newer raid add-ons worked cause they said I wouldn't believe it.
It was a private chat channel with over a million lines of "chat" because they were logging all the damage and actions being done. I'm guessing something like this is happening with combat add-ons except without the actual chat channel.
