Scribing Altar not updating

Bought some of the affix, script and grimoires. The grimoires are working but the affix and scripts are not. There must be another quest to get more XP`s but I don`t see it, will try back at the mages guild.

✭✭✭✭✭after you bought them, did you actually consume the items you bought? all of the grimoires and scripts are basically like style pages, you have to consume them for it to have any effectplays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

The grimoire, scripts and affix all showed up but there was no way to get it to work. Yes I have the inks from doing all the quest on one toon.1
