Accidentally Deleted Deluxe Pre-Purchased Items
After I collected the attached items in the Pre-Purchase email, I immediately deleted the email. Except there was a change to email in the new chapter. As explained in the Patch Notes: "Added a new “Delete After Claim” option to the mail screen. This option is enabled by default and causes any System Mail to be automatically deleted after you claim the attachments." Therefore when I deleted what I thought (and intended) the email whose attachments I just claimed, WHAT I ACTUALLY DELETED WAS THE DELUXE PRE-PURCHASE EMAIL along with all its attachments. As this was a new change to mail behavior, I imagine more than a few other players also unintentionally deleted their rewards email. Is there some way to receive what you advertised and what we paid for?
