Twtich drops

Anyone else seeing the twitch drops or even able to claim them? I've been running twitch streams all day yesturday and today and got nothing. My account is linked and I'm logged in. Triple and double checked everything and get a blank page under drops

Any idea why it's not showing up for me?

Well now it's showing up. I resorted to unlinking and relinking my accounts

I do receive in-game stuff from twitch drops, but some things have changed:
    - There is more delay than it used to be. Some time ago it was almost instant. Now it is not and very often requires to log-off entirely. Previously all that was needed was to change zones or change character.
    - I don't see a pop-up message in-game that Crown Crate was added, but when I click on Crown Crate icon, I can see that there are more of them, so stuff was added. Exp Scroll and stuff added via ESO Player Mail system works fine though.
    - I stopped receiving emails about stuff being added to my account around 3 or 4 months ago (other ESO emails, like login codes work fine).
    - It is good to check every time when there is drop campaign on twitch if ESO account is still linked to twitch (twitch may say it is, but it is more important to check it via ESO account website).
    - Nice "trick" I have found is to go to your ESO account and then go to billing history. If you see some stuff that was "bought" or added to your account (like Ouroboros Crate) with code & date (same date when you claimed the drop on twitch), then it means that it should be in-game. If it is not, then it requires to re-log to the game.

I claimed the drops on two different accounts by about 4PM EDT Monday.
I got them delivered to the alt account almost immediately.

After several restarts of the game over several hours the first set of drops, to my primary account, hasn't shown up in game yet.
The problem with society these days is that no one drinks from the skulls of their enemies anymore.

I claimed all three drops yesterday, but nothing has shown up yet. I wonder if Twitch somehow screwed up as I saw a second round of drops being credited from a non-ESO streamer. Eventually those stopped crediting, but not before I'd seen a second crate. Been trying to find how to open a ticket from "Support", but apparently you can only do that from in-game.

I didn’t get the Ouroborus crate that I claimed yesterday. I confirmed that Twitch shows that I successfully claimed it. First time I’ve encountered this problem.

Check if twitch is connected. Mine got disconnected it seems. When I reconnected I got my drops credited and they showed up in game.

Is there just one crate to get for the whole twitch event?

    There's a crate and a couple scrolls.

Thank you! That’s what happened to me as well. I have no idea how or why it got unlinked.

I got my crate drop almost instantly after claiming it.

The other two drops should come in your mail with headers of "A gift from the ESO Team" or something like that.

Yes, my account is connected. That's what the checkmarks mean beneath each of the drops.

I also didn't get the "Code Redemption" confirmation email that I usually see after claiming a drop. I just found that my spouse has had the exact same thing happen to them.

`/inwils` isn't even an ESO streamer and we weren't viewing them, so I have no idea where that came from, but it certainly seems to have screwed us up.

Hi all, just wanted to follow up here on a few items.

Please make sure you check your accounts to make sure you are linked. Sometimes it seems like you are, but you may not be. You can check that here.

If you are connected and you still did not receive items, please make sure to submit a ticket and customer service should help get you squared away.

That means you’ve claimed it, NOT that your account is properly linked. Twitch showed me the same thing; I had to log onto my account on the ESO website to see that my Twitch account was no longer linked. Fixed now and got my crate and scroll! :)
