What's the rundown on scribing?

I've looked...and not found a simple "this is what's needed" bit. So...what items are needed for scribing? Just the materials, nothing else...thank you!

You need to do 7 loooooong similar quests that feel like they have been generated by AI that make go you go to 100 old delves and places from the base game to do the same things over and over again. It is a slog, no wonder they put a free double rider mount behind it in the crown store as incentive to finish the unlock quest within a month.

After that you have unlocked all the components to use but you still need ink to modify and mold those components per change. This drops extremely sparsely from just playing the game.

I have no idea. I'm not doing West Weald at all for a while, and not sure I'm going to even bother with scribing, because the quests encompass content I'm really not interested in doing. From reading posts here, it seems like the main thing is the Luminous Ink - which apparently has an abysmal drop rate.

Did the quest line on one character, I enjoyed it, it is long but I found the dialogue entertaining.

I also did a set of zone dailies afterwards and received two items for scribing from the rewards.

Today I'm intending to test(in a limited way) how awful the ink drops actually are!
