    You don't NEED it, once you've done the 1st scribing quest, a scribing altar is easily accessible via the wayshrine.

    I agree with the OP, even if it's available in the Scholarium it would be nice to get an altar for our houses, the same way we have transmutation stations even though they are also present in the CWC. It would be even nicer to be able to get it with in-game currency, like writ vouchers :smile:

    TBH I imagine it will come eventually, in a more "benchy" scaled down version I'd hope.
    Would be a nice additional to guild halls too!

    yes it would be best if it cost writ vouchers and crowns just like the Transmute Station (and the Chronometer of the Tribunal)

    I bought transmute station with crowns. I would rather buy with crowns. But having the option to earn it too would be good.

    im glad they have the AP option, i have like ~25 million AP so this will be a day 1 buy when its out lol

    i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (fully filled out with current game), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

    in progress: acquiring mundus stones (currently only have the thief)
