Be difficult to give you spell crafting when they added scribing instead 😉

That's why there's an "RPG" in "MMORPG". The game is, to a large extent, role-playing.Be difficult to give you spell crafting when they added scribing instead 😉
Thats exactly how far i read the whole thingbelial5221_ESO wrote: »This aint mobile game called Idle ESO.Can't jsut sit there and get everything without playing, would be pointless, lol.
Yeah because running through delves, clicking some wards (? or whatever it is) is so much more interactive.
Having to go thru at least 2 hours of running around on each character is a little bit on the excessive side for getting scribing on all the toons...
Once you unlock the wings on 1 toon, you shouldn't have to do the entire quest line on each character. That's over 40 hours of questing for my main account. That doesn't even include the zone story quests...
I don't mind doing an "intro" quest on each toon, but doing over 2 hours of quests per toon is very excessive, especially if they are tanks or healers, that makes it take even longer.
I thought the devs were doing something about that after everybody complained on the PTS about the grind...doesn't seem like they did anything about that.

They’re only guaranteed from the first box a day from each source though and 25% after that. Near as I could tell the cooldowns are account wide but each source had a distinct cooldown. (EX: Focus Scripts drop from Rewards of the Worthy, Mages Guild dailies and Delves, so one from each of those, but switching to a different character after opening a Mages Guild daily box and opening another one has a 25% chance of a drop, not 100%.)

The scribing quests reminded me of the Psijic quests, and grinding that staff.
I wish you could skip the grindy/traveling bits after doing the whole thing once. After that you could get some furniture, like this scribing altar, and attune your alts to it if you want (so, it is optional), thus skipping most of the fetch quests.
Scribing seems interesting, but I haven't found any inks so far, which makes me believe scribing will be very expensive and somehow like jewelry was when Summerset was launched.

Best source of inks so far is doing quests on alts... idk what's after you run out of those
