Steam version doesnt work after todays update

The todays update broke my game for unknown reasons.
Every time I boot the game up it asks me to accept code of conduct and all that, and it doesnt detect my addons.
If I try to log in, I get error 307 disconnected from mega server.
My GF, who also has the game on Steam, can login just fine. My game worked fine before todays update. What can I do to fix it?
It like it doesnt remember what I do. All my interface options like UI scale etc. was set to standard, and I have to reset it each time I boot it up.

ZOS_KevinCommunity ManagerHi @mikejezz, if you try two things to troubleshoot:
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. We know this is a pain, but some folks who had similar issues were resolved when reinstalling.
