Consumed food provides less benefit than tooltip states

This is not a new issue, the tooltips are wrong since years.
I reported that bug like 5 years ago, I first noticed that on elsweyr release.

Wanted to confirm that this is not confined to one particular affected food. Here's another I've just tried:

Yes, the issue is with many, if not all, foods and drinks.

If you do the math, you will see you are getting the correct amount of stats.
