Where is "West Weald Grand Adventurer" achievement?

This is needed to purchase Merryvine Estate with gold, but this achievement doesn't show up anywhere. My guildies couldn't find it either. What are we missing?

I was wondering that. I guess I will find out when I get that one if it lets me buy the house with gold then.
