I had this too, but I just jumped down and it teleported me back to the start of the "invisible path". Then you have to re-activate the Focal Point & start again. I did not had to restart the entire quest - it puts you back so you only have to do the part when The Fox is guiding you though the invisible path.RicAlmighty wrote: »During the Fox Path part, after you dispel the first ward and walk the path the fox stops walking and you are stuck on the path with no way forward. This breaks the entire quest and you cannot progress. I am not the only one experiencing this.
@ZOS_Kevin can you please have someone look into this?

The problem here is, that for some reason Focal Point is on a timer, so you can only dispel the ward for the duration of that timer. Once it is over and you did not noticed the Ward you had to dispel - you are basically stranded as fox stops, wating for you to dispel a ward, but you can't since "Focal Point effect/buff" is over. It is best to go to option (Settings -> Combat) and activate buff timers so you can see how much time you have left.
It is a mixture of time-based puzzle & dexterity as you move around & try to find wards while also looking not to fall down.
@RicAlmighty In chatting with the dev team, they have this potential workaround. If you become blocked from progressing down the path, we suggest abandoning the quest and leaving the instance for 15 minutes. On return, the issue should be resolved.
Let us know if this works for you.

There is a way to cheese it. If you have a ground AOE like wall of the elements, you can use it to see where the path is to continue forward until you can reach the symbols in the sky. I had to do this after I fell, and after I used one of the ward symbols farther on the path the fox started moving again.

I figured out a way around it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_iwmPGAHd2w&t=1s&ab_channel=NyassaV

I can leave and retry , but then I have to do the entire quest section over again. Given this is tied to a timed mount to collect it is very frustrating to be limited by how fast my older computer renders tiny little symbols that I have to be precisely place to click.
