@ZOS_Kevin @ZOS_GinaBruno this is the 4th week in a row where she is stocking monster set helmets.
Are the Undaunted enclaves refusing to trade with her? Or State sponsored bandits Alliance troops are stealing requisitioning shipments of shoulders? Maybe the Thieves Guild is looking into branching out to scalping and they're using Dwemer automation tech to snatch up all the stock as it hits the shelves?
I think someone should look into this, is very out of character; she might even be conducting business under duress, threatened by the Monster Helm mafia.
