I really don't get why they moved those threads to "General Help". As it is, there are multiple threads in the general discussion area that could justifiably be moved to other sub-forums that never get moved.

But, "General Help" is apparently meant to be the sub-forum of choice to post about account issues, while this sub-forum is for anything ESO-related, so the other forum is a better fit. I just don't see the same level of logic applied to other posts that probably ought to be moved for the same reason.

It could be that it got moved because General Help posts get more direct attention from ZOS personnel, and the mods wanted to ensure that the issue raised in the thread was seen by the right people, which would be a nice thing, and definitely not a situation where ZOS is trying to conceal this issue, just the opposite in fact.

On the other hand, this apparently has been going on for a pretty long time now and there is no response from ZOS on progress, which would certainly add to one's sense that the issue was being concealed from the broader player population.

It seems to me that the solution to clearing up any misunderstanding would be simple: ZOS needs to provide an update in the original thread.

totally, it looks like they want to to swept it under the rug, they don't want to deal with this

but at this point can we even trust what they say is true?
