Skills greyed out
Returning after 3 years. After playing for a couple of hours my first 3 skills are greyed out and not usable. They will light up when I move but only for a short time. I repaired my gear and my weapon seams to have enough charge. Is this a bug? Or is there something else I need to do? Thanks

✭✭✭✭✭Not knowing the skills in question makes diagnosing difficult, but I would just make sure those first three skills are not weapon dependent.2 -

ClowdyAllDay✭✭✭✭i have had this happen to me a time or two in the past year. i logged out and came back later and all was fine again. There are lots of wonky things like this and many others that are not explainable by the user base. And while yes, there are times when if you have a weapon dependent skill on and you swap out the wrong weapon type that a skill will be greyed out, that's not what i mean and i'm guessing thats not what the OP means either. Server wonk is a thing but dont expect anyone to be able to explain it, sadly. Just wait until it passes then continue on is the most we seem to hope for.0

Thanks for the reply’s. They are weapon dependent skills. They were fine yesterday. I did not change weapons. I tried logging out then back in they are still greyed out.0

✭✭✭✭✭you dont need to charge weapons to use skills, the charge is for the enchantment.
As they are weapon dependent skills, do you have the weapon equipped that the skills depend on?

Dreameira✭✭Are they skills that require a target? Skills like Stampede for example are greyed out unless your targeting reticule is on top of a target.4 -
Mag Templar skills: radiant glory IV, aurora javelin IV, and explosive charge IV. My weapon is a lightning staff. The skills were working fine yesterday. Same weapon. Thanks0

✭Wow, IDK what's up then. I just hopped on my Mag Templar with those skills and it works ok. Lag in game though is absolutely horrible.

✭✭✭✭✭Some of these skills that require a target can only be used if the cursor is actually on the enemy. If it is slightly off the skill will gray out.
