this is a small one but one i realized as i was trying to make a bomb build that wanted to use the ground form of this for another bursting AOE that perhaps with at least the ground version but maybe the ability all together, it should work that it occurs on the TARGET of the ability you cast to activate it so if its a self target that you cast right after casting ulfsiyleds, the ability spawns at your feet but if you cast an ability like force pulse or even something like that one healing staff ward ability, it occurs on your target whether ally or foe (of course only able to hurt enemies if you are using a dmg version of it) with even if you cast an aoe as your next ablility, than it will apply on the target of that ground AOE.
