The latency is up and down ALOT, trying to level my Legerdemain and when I open something it pauses and puts the fear in me of getting caught. Whew!

Yeah it`s in Deshaan as well, looks like we could be having a crash soon!

The latency is throughout all of Tamriel, its literally lagging everyone everywhere. Grahtwood, Artaeum, Bangkorai, at my own house, playing dungeons, in Cyrodiil, etc. It's l i t e r a l l y everywhere.

Though I do believe it's because ZOS runs the PTS on our LIVE PC/NA Server. But, why not just create another server for it altogether? Is there something I don't understand about that being the best solution, or...?

Yes. It's the same for the rest of us.

As as an aside, what server is this happening on?

PC EU is getting the same for a week now, but for some people the issues have started since the fix to PTS issue after the Jubilee event.

For me the issues started after the last maintenance that was extended for 2 hours for EU server. And after that one the lag began to strike at random times in random places, from being inside your home to dungeons and trials and battlegrounds. Every day. Random disconnects, freezing, lag spikes, powers not firing etc.
