The Golden malfunctioning! Acting like an Assistant Merchant

I'm in Cyrodiil now -- Icereach DC -- and The Golden vendor isn't working! I want my Zaan's, dammit. When I interact with her, I get the same menu as an Assistant Merchant. No tab at top to buy things from her. What's going on?

Ok I'm glad it wasn't just me, I thought I was going crazy.

I tried it on AD Blackreach and same bug there too. Zone chat full of people complaining about it.

had no trouble buying from her on eu about 6 hours ago but now she doesnt have her buy tab for me on both pc servers

Yes, I bought Zaan on the EU server yesterday. Noticed the problem today on NA.
