Can't pick up vision in endless archive

Sometimes I cannot pick up a vision.

I just had the case when I died briefly before the side boss died. I now ressurrected, looted the box but could not pick up a vision. The portal was open as if I had picked it up already.

Is this intentional?

well a side boss would give a verse,
but this sounds like a bug because you say you were able to loot the chest

A side boss is for me the boss that comes after two mob stages. And these drop visions.

Verses are at end of each mob stage but one does not get a chest to loot.

ah i thought you were referring to the side portals as they do give chests.

One time I was unable to pick up the vision when running with another player. I had gone back through the area to look for lorebooks and it must have timed out or something. Only other option I can think of is the other player picked up theirs early and I was supposed to do the same and it again timed out for that reason.

Now I make sure to choose the verse or vision right away.

I've had a slightly different bug maybe 5 or 6 times already: Side boss killed, no way to interact with the chest, no vision showing up, no way to progress to the next stage.

Logging out and logging in again makes progressing to the next stage possible, but the chest remains non-interactable (then even some message will show up that the chest is locked).
