Text error (FR): Gameplay settings tooltip

The tooltip says "qui leurs sont appliqués", but there should not be an <s> on "leur".



(Posted here because the French forum doesn't have a bug report section and the in game report system only takes screenshots of the "submitting ticket" screen.)
