RP: Signs of a New Daedric Prince

Looking at the mowing of characters in connection with the PTS even I, lighthearted and ignorant, sense a New Daedra coming. Since she can't rely on a vast quantity of worshippers or enemies, valuable sacrifices usually have to be made and in return are rewarded with Daedric powers and gifts, such as having wishes fullfilled with no efford. Regardless of most, I guess, not being familiar with formulating a wish that includes defining all consequences and conditions I am curious how for example baecköps will be recognized and handled by the powers of Oblivion (to make even for the cheatings of the mortals) and most, how else, do you think, Oblivion will support and promote the New Princess?
