EU server again left behind it seems

I sincerely hope I'm wrong in thinking that there's some Type A personality at work here.4 -

BTW I've logged in to NA server 15min ago with no issues. Thing is I have no collection items there and only lvl 3 toons and zero interest to play there with an empty account.

What puzzles me is that my personal statistics say that the EU server is more often concerned by maintenance extensions than the NA server. There might be technical reasons for it - I don't know much about such things. What I know is that a company should keep track of such developments and preview appropriate ressources in order to avoid this.
Working conditions. Compared to the EU, US working regulations are virtually non-existent.
PTS should be fine then right. About 100 people play it, and it’s based in the US…. But nah. Clowns are clowning1 -

✭✭✭✭✭Does anybody know what exactly it is that happens during maintenance? I've never experienced maintenance that was longer than maybe 4 hours in other MMOs and this is so extreme.

I wonder where the physical location of these things are. Might just be that only 1-2 people are physically in the EU doing the work that 10-20 people are able to help with in the US?0

How about 200 crown compensation the same as you gave everyone on the NA servers recently!! Our servers are an absolute embarrassmentMaintenance is still ongoing on for EU servers. No update yet. We updated the maintenance window in the banner above. We'll check back in a little after 2pm ET/ 6:00pm UTC if maintenance is not over around that time.
