The drops from Blackwood public dungeon

They neither drop from the bosses consistently nor from the other adds

4 hours of farming the trolls and the bosses which have them yielded 2….

I kept a log, killed the bosses 17 times and the trolls 16 times

    There was a change a few updates ago to make the first fragment in public dungeons drop faster, so it is best to farm until you get it and then leave. Go back the next day, rinse and repeat. The drop rate is too low otherwise. It takes a long time but you will get it.
