For Deadland Defender, which other set should I use

Going Bashing with Deadlands, 7 Divines all ->Pen ! PVE and PVP

Your Bash attacks deal 935 more damage. When you Bash, you also deal 0 Physical Damage in a cone in front of you, interrupting any enemies hit. This effect can occur once every 2 seconds and counts as Bash damage.

Should I pair it with Order's Wrath to get the Crit.

Adds 943 Critical Chance, Increases your Critical Damage and Critical Healing by 8%.

Or

Veiled Heritance to get the straight damage?

When you interrupt an enemy, you gain 516 Weapon and Spell Damage for 15 seconds. Your Bash attacks deal 516 more damage.

Bonus?
Btw, is Aurora Javelin an interrupt?
?

Tankz!

Javelin isn't an interrupt but it will interrupt the enemy if they're hit by the knockback because the knockback animation breaks their channel. Since it's not an interrupt I don't know if it'd proc the veiled inheritance or not.

I presume you know that Power Bash from the 1H+S skill line gets buffed by those sets. I once tried that as a spammable with Deadlands, Veiled, and all bash damage glyphs. I was bash weaving, e.g. Light Attack -> Power Slam -> Bash. It was poor on a target skeleton (bad damage). It was poor in PvP. The only caveat is that this was a good while ago and I can't remember on what class I tried it, probably DK. In my subsequent experience sorc synergises much better with weapon-based builds, so you could try with that class or maybe a necro. Doesn't the latter have a bash ult? It might be better in the current patch, but basically I doubt it's any good. The only possible use for Deadlands is IMO soloing dungeons where you are surrounded by mobs and you need to interrupt hard to reach targets. Dread Cellar springs to mind. Maybe Infinite Archive.

Veiled Heritance is your best bet with Deadlands Demolisher, that being said, I hate to be the bearer of bad news…

Bash builds on Templar do not work well at all, and that’s coming from someone who has golded it out and optimized the build. You just don’t have enough damage for the trade-offs.

Just about everything in the class is dependent on weapon and spell damage, stats you would need to trade for bash damage to have any meaningful damage with bashing. Sure you’ll have decent defense with Sun Shield and Living Dark, but it won’t even compare to something like Hardened Ward on Sorcerer that is both a larger shield and a burst heal all scaling off of max health.

Now I had hoped they would buff Blazing Shield by giving our bashes additional flame damage on each hit or an occasional spike of large bash damage based off of our resistance, but ZOS are completely content with that skill and Templar bash builds, being completely underwhelming.

Also, to answer this, no Javelin is not an “interrupt” by the game’s standards of proc’ing.

To achieve an interrupt on Templar outside of the weapon skills and bashing, you would need to run either Explosive or Toppling Charge, which both scale their damage off of your weapon/spell damage and cost 4,000 magicka for essentially a gap closer that can interrupt and possibly stun that does next-to-no damage on the build while giving Major Protection for either 5 or 10 seconds.

It’s not worth the cost on a bash build.

You shouldn't be using Divines on any PvP build with how broken Mag Sorc damage scaling is right now.

My DK uses Demolisher with Order's Wrath and Oakensoul. It's not competitive, but I have a lot of fun with it.

Well, you don't generally use Divines other than possibly on a ganker.

i guess a destro staff, nothing will proc it? I took force pulse instead of crushing shock...

    Apparently can respeci 1 skill..

So I tried Crushing Shock:Focus all the elemental energies with your staff and blast an enemy for 696 Flame Damage 696 Frost Damage, and 696 Shock Damage. Enemies hit while casting are interrupted, set Off Balance, and stunned for 3 seconds.

But it very difficult to judge when someone is about to cast or (what else is there besides casting...) so , yes, bad choice for ranged weapons...

Force pulse is better and fit better on sorcerer, warden and dk because it increase one of the main damage but if use it on necromancer and any other class, it will have the same damage that you just said.

Crushing Shock will give the interrupt, right? I took Force Pulse because it would damage others if status was triggered...

You right but pulse is better still because it fit for both mode and shock only work for 1 vs 1 which it don't worth it much.
