New cyro repair kit on Ram

I can't seem to make the new cryodiil repair kits work on Battle rams. I usually am on a ram repairing it as it works. I put new kits on wheel but they don't work like the old siege repair kits did.I looked to see if the old ones were still being sold but they are not. Anyone have any answers, I would appreciate some help.
