I'm at Fauns' Thicket in Galen. I've never seen the sun like this before in this area, and I've been doing the daily quests everyday on two toons for the past three weeks. My bloom/light/whatever settings are the same as always.

I haven’t been to Galen in a long time, but I saw that on numerous occasions in the past and I’m on console.
