you're trying to save too many changes

At the first attempt, or at the next attempts to change/create notes near the player ID, the message "you're trying to save too many changes" pops up. I understand this is a problem on the game side, I asked my friends and they also had/are having this problem. Who else has this problem and do you know how to fix it?

I just wait a bit and then try again. Its certainly a frustrating bug.

I equip every addition to my friendslist with a short note stating where I know them from in order to remember the person.
This message pops up everytime and only after a couple attempts (sometimes including relogs) I'm able to add a note.
It's been an issue for years now.

At least you weren't disconnected for message spam while updating the notes in guild roster. That happens time to time
