Missing voice acting and text error (FR): Moric Guidroz

Neither of the two sets of text below have any voice acting accompanying them. Also, in the first, the text reads "Ils montré" but should be "Ils ont montré".

I've started the Vvardenfell quest a few times and there is something similar. Sometimes the person hovers and glows when they are taken over by the daedric prince -could be Meridia. Sometimes the person just stands there - anyone who has never done the quest would wonder why the other npcs are hiding behind their hands.
