Housing Editor: placing items changes camera FOV & zoom

Problem:
Placing items changes user's camera FOV & sometimes zoom level
Replicate:
When placing an item from the Housing Editor menu, left-click to select the item from the Place menu, which automatically opens the item preview: it changes your camera FOV. The only way to reset to your intended FOV is to exit Housing Editor, then open and close a menu like Inventory (I).
*Camera issue also occurs when interacting with merchants, bank, etc.
RIGHT-click to place items (which is only possible with EHT addon) with Mouse from the Place menu prevents this issue, probably because the issue related to the Preview screen. (Likewise, putting items away from the Retrieve menu.) But it's unavoidable if you need to use the Precision editor, since these menus force you to first left-click to select the item.
