cannot purchase crown store item - antique skill line

Hi, I'm not able to purchase the antique skill line from crown store. I have maxed out the skill line on one character, but the store says achievement is still not completed. Here's the support ticket ID: 240516-005720. Many thanks in advance for looking into this issue.

I am having the same problem. Apparently this has been going on since at least mid 2020. ZOS it would be greatly appreciated if you would at least look at this and respond. I would like to purchase the skill line for another character.0
