A AOE type set that unleashes a red swirl on all enemies.

I was running a dungeon called moongrave fane and I saw a player use a set proc that put these red swirling like spikes (I guess) on all enemies around them. does anyone know what set it is?
Guild master of Darkness of Sanguinaris. Birthday is December 4th.

    My first thought is Pillar of Nirn, but I'm not positive.

    pillar of Nirn releases a stone spike to impale enemies, the effect I'm looking for is a more blood/vampiric type swirl spike effect that is on enemies.

    nope its not that set. the little red swirls was directly on enemies

    might be NB's killer blade effect that heals if the enemy dies in 2s after being hit, or another kit passive that restore stm and mag if the enemy dies in 2s after being dmged

    If it looked like this it was Drain Power or one of its morphs from the NB class skills.

    It could have also been Call of the Undertaker. As an aside, this channel has a bunch of set proc videos so you can see them clearly. Not everything, but a good number.
