Could we have a Search Box or Pull Down Menu next to where it says STYLE to locate if we have the right style material?
Because there's like a bajillion different styles now.

Even putting styles into alphabetical order would be a help

Agreed. I understand they are added to the back end of the list as they arrive with new content, but boy it's annoying to have to side-scroll forever. I mean, even if you could use the left hand arrow to go to the end of the list.... even that would help some.

Alphabetical would be a great option.

I believe there are mods to hide styles? Either way, for people that do not use mods perhaps a drop down in alphabetical order may be a good idea along with a search box as proposed by the OP.

Yeah, a search function would be damn useful, but until then at least we got the ability to scroll wheel the list...even if it is 123 entries long

Completely ordered by alphabet wouldn't be a good idea, you don't want to roll down to almost the end to be able to craft woodelf style.
That being said, if the 9 base racials and 5 "rare" ones being separated out and put at the beginning and the rest of them afterwards in alphabet order can be much better.

But I'd still prefer that they put it in the order of how the styles are numbered, which also means in chronological order (almost cuz there're exceptions). The last alphabet modification they made on provisioning is bad, and I don't think alphabet on styles is good either.

Alphabetical order would be great, you could then find any style quickly, regardless of how old or new it is.

Something that works like Votan's Crafting Quick Access would be ideal I think.

The default UI is unchanged, so you still have the racial styles at the start of the list, but if you click the word 'style' you get a drop-down list in alphabetical order. It's quicker to scroll through and easier to find one if you know the name but don't remember the order they were released.

I don't know if the addon works with gamepad mode but I'm sure if ZOS made an official version they could make it work with controllers and therefore on console too.

Alphabetical sort would be a nightmare for daily writs.

I could not longer look through the list of basic racial styles and pick the ones I have the most of to use.

I do many daily writs but only 3 master writs each day.

Is this request as a PC player with add-ons? I mean they do them automatically for you don’t they? The change would be bad for consoles.

If you are doing a Master Writ, which is about the only reason to select a specific style I can think of, then checking the “Quests only” box gives you a list of one.

That only works if you are doing master writs one at a time per craft type. If you're doing several clothing master writs together at the stations then turning them in all at once, then that box isn't so useful.

    this

the quest only box only works for active quests

if your trying to bulk craft master writs it wont work (though if your writworthy helps with that part a ton on its own)

PC without add-ons. A search box that could go by Letter would be useful, would that ruin the console experience though? It's for crafting specific gear, not just writs. Outfits cost too much to change, and it works better to craft a style.

I'd settle for just numeric based on the motif number. The current is similar, but it's jumbled at the beginning since the early styles have a different internal ID than the standard motif numbers.

But yes, a search function would be welcome.

Didn’t consider crafting sets, I don’t do that much anymore. So that is a valid point. I just do almost 100% crafting for daily writs.

I prefer to use the outfit station because for me it is much cheaper.
