Quest Bug: Harrada Harvest

I saw an old thread talking about this in 2022.
This bug is still not fixed - When attempting to do the quest Harrada Harvest in the Silent Halls, while in a group, only one person can loot the heart for the seeds, and everyone else in the group the heart disappears and we do not get credit for it.
I tried relogging, waiting, reloading, and zoning out and back in.
My only recourse is to abandon the quest and redo it from the start.
You closed the previous thread, but did not fix the bug.
Please fix the bug?
