I haven't been played eso since right before high isle and i'm a little curious about how the game is doing, like how is pve, have we got new animations for skills and combat, has the combat changed, is cyrodiil still laggy (eu player) how is the content and stuff?

I wrote something pretty long but in case you want gifting back (they removed it to everyone in 2023) you have a long way to meet the minimum requirements and it do not assure you to unlock it through a support ticket (only way to do so). Me being a player since beta, a ESO+ subscriber since they were implemented and spent thousands of dollars have been denied twice for my main and alternate accounts.

The game is actually pretty healthy. I'm on PC NA, so can't really speak about the lag for you over in EU, but as far as the combat, there is a new system coming with the next chapter. It's basically spellcrafting light. Looks pretty interesting, but we'll see how it plays out on the live server. The stories have all been pretty good, as you would expect, and they wrote a major update to the lore of the series with the last chapter (Necrom). Custom animations are coming with the next chapter as well...
