Unfortunately, the TES name generators on that site aren't exactly accurate, though (it's just a random combination from a catalogue of syllables and sometimes words). Although I'm indeed a huge fan of the mighty Nord warrior

At least, they have a consistency when it comes to names. You can clearly see which race a name belongs to (with some overlaps when it comes to Dunmer, Bosmer and Altmer, which makes sense logically as they have the same ancestors), and with some races, the names are also related to the real-life culture the race has borrowed from when it comes to aspects like architecture or clothing.
There are many things ZOS and Bethesda can be criticized for, but the naming of their characters (actually the whole worldbuilding and characterization of in-game cultures) isn't one of these things.
