I don't recall a friendly dremora. It's just that sometimes their goals align with those of the player or they may be bound to serve a mortal.

Looks can be deceiving. Love is frequently used to manipulate people.There is an Argonian Daedra couple in Blackwood, a related quest to that can be found near Gideon iirc, looked friendly to me
