I noticed every other furnishing from fishing is available in housing editor but not sea sponges, why is this so?

it is not the only fishing furnishing not available for housing editor purchase.
there's also the Seashells and the crown/sun Coral.

no idea why they are not purchaseable with crowns, but you might be able to find them in guild stores for gold

Not in EU server, already bought every sponge on sale.
And yes kelp and fishies are there, some corals but not those golden ones you get from fishing...we need sponges in housing editor

Yes they definitely want people spending in the crown store but they probably also want to support the in game economy.

You get these sponges for free by fishing in ocean type fishing holes and for less than 2k gold on PC EU.
Why the heck would you want to spend real money on somethat that isn't even worth 5 cent.

there are none left to buy, and i need MANY sponges. Besides why would ZoS care? It would be just another profit generator for them

On a similar note, I keep getting more of those ancient giant clam shells, and they're piling up in my designated storage house. If I get much more, I'll be able to start a shell corporation .....
