[REQUEST] Reactivate selected cosmetic pet after group content

I fully understand and support that cosmetic pets are removed during group activities. But as of now it simply remains deactivated after the end of the group content and I have to constantly reactivate it. This is a bit meh and I would like to request to make it so that it automatically gets reactivated once group content is left. Thank you!

Is that an addon? My lucky duck follows me everywhere including trials, dungeons the archive. Only PVP he runs and hides

Dunno. I surely haven't installed an addon with that functionality in mind.

Some raid add-ons have this turned in by default.

It's an add on doing it . Probably raid notifier, but still an add on either way .

It's most likely one of your raid addons. I keep my pets out in dungeons but will put away if asked.

Can't for the life of me recall which one it was that I have that does it.

Look into random mount addon.
You can turn off the random mount part, but it has random pets. Should do what you want.

If you have Raid Notifier installed:

Settings > Addons > Raid Notifier > Turn off vanity pets during trials

If this setting is enabled often the addon will despawn the non-combat pet but fail to re-enable it after the trial.
