Hello.
i read in the patch note " All PC players will also receive 200 Seals of Endeavor during this maintenance,".

I don't see them on my account?

Thanks for the heads up

Same. Nor did anyone I know. I thought maybe they have just sneakily added them with no notifications, but well... Many of us have extra storage/whatever accounts, and those have less than 200.

If you did not get any seals, please make sure to submit a Customer Service Ticket and we can have them assist you in getting any missing endeavors.

I don't recall seeing a message telling me I received my seals and don't keep track of how many seals I have at any given time. How would I determine if I received the seals or not?

How do we know if we got them?

I mean, I don't remember exactly how many Seals I had yesterday, and I got no notifications of 200 free Seals today.

There was no message AFAIK. So yeah, that would be a problem for those who don't track totals daily (I do.... because I track everything on spreadsheets).

Seals were automatically added to player accounts. If you want to check, you may need to place a customer service ticket and ask.

You can also look at the bottom right of screen on character login and it should a list of the last few items on a given character/account.

Thanks for the response. I took a look and don't see any item list so will let it rest.

I feel so sorry for customer service, constantly having to do extra work because the game devs can't be bothered to insert an in-game message that would have confirmed whether or not players got their Seals. UI/UX design and communication in ESO consistently get grades in the D- to F- range.

Also, hey! What is this "bottom right of character login" thing mentioned in @ZOS_Kevin's post here? (Thanks for your active engagement on the forums as always, Kevin!) Maybe my monthly brain fog is clouding my memory, but in my 10+ years in game, I can't recall ever once seeing any kind of list like that post is describing. So I have no way to know how many Seals I had yesterday vs. today. Not sure I really want to bug customer support over 200 little Seals, when the devs should have ensured in the first place that I could not possibly miss them being added to my account.
